Welcome Project Director Katie Gutcher

We're delighted to welcome Katie Gutcher to Cove Consulting as Project Director.

Katie is a highly regarded project leader who has built an outstanding reputation delivering complex projects across London and the South East, with experience spanning stadia, healthcare, retail and heritage. Having worked on both the consultancy and contractor side, she brings a practical understanding of what successful project delivery looks like and the importance of strong communication at all levels.

Katie's appointment reinforces what Cove stands for: a genuinely senior-led consultancy where every project benefits from experienced leadership from the outset.
