We’re delighted to welcome James Pease to Cove Consulting as Project Director, joining our growing team at an exciting point in our journey.

James joins from Cast Consultancy, where he was part of the leadership team delivering complex projects across a wide range of sectors. Both Sean and Lloyd have worked closely with James before and know first-hand the quality, integrity and drive he brings to every project.

A respected leader in project management, James brings technical precision, composure and a problem-solving mindset that helps unlock success in every project he leads. His approach aligns perfectly with Cove’s pursuit of excellence and our belief that the best results come from collaboration without ego.

James will be leading and supporting delivery across a number of new commissions, helping to strengthen our Project Management and Contract Administration services as we continue to grow.
