Cove has submitted planning for a 1,300m² super prime residence on a private Sussex estate. Designed to Passivhaus standards, the scheme blends exceptional environmental performance with uncompromising luxury ,featuring undercroft parking, an indoor pool, and precision-engineered detailing throughout.
We’re leading full Project Management, Cost Management, and Contract Administration. Despite a tight programme and the added complexity of ecological constraints, the submission was delivered on schedule through a clear, collaborative team effort.
With thanks to Charles Meloy, QED Structures, ION Consulting Engineers Ltd, Nicholas Dexter, Rural Solutions and Phlorum for their continued expertise and support.
This project reflects Cove’s belief that low-carbon design and high-end living are not mutually exclusive. More to come soon as we move towards delivery.
