Exciting Project Announcement: Clayton Windmills

We’re thrilled to announce that Cove Consulting has been appointed to deliver Cost Management and Contract Administration services for the iconic Clayton Windmills!

Nestled in the heart of the Sussex landscape, these historic windmills are an important piece of local heritage, and we’re excited to contribute to such a unique and impactful project.

The Clayton Windmills, known as Jack and Jill, have been standing proudly for over 200 years. Jill was built in 1821, and Jack followed in 1866. Fun fact: the name "Jack" for a windmill is quite unusual, as most windmills are traditionally referred to using female names!

At Cove, we’re committed to providing comprehensive Cost Management and Contract Administration to ensure the project stays on track both financially and contractually, all while preserving the rich history of these structures.
